On Nov. 20th, following the example of the famous “SCORE” Mode of the US, the Volunteer Service Team for the Development of Shanghai Small & Medium-sized Enterprises came to DOBE E-Manor, and made the first move here to serve Shanghai micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Volunteer Service Team for the Development of Shanghai Small & Medium-sized Enterprises consists of 120 famous Shanghai experts and entrepreneurs in 8 fields, namely startup service, legal service, management consulting service, human resources service and training, technological innovation and quality service, market development service, and financial service. They will serve the enterprises in 20 industrial parks of Shanghai, including DOBE E-Manor.
At the Launching Ceremony on Nov. 20th, all seats were occupied. Famous entrepreneur Wang Junhao, Vice-president of JuneYao Group, gave the first speech. He also is one of the 120 advisors. He gave a speech titled “Recollect Our Development Course, Share Insights into Starting Business”, which described the development course of JuneYao Group and shared the current development situation of JuneYao Group after the death of Wang Junyao. His earthy words and frank communication won applauses from the entrepreneurs in the audience.
After that, DOBE’s President Jia Bo, volunteers from Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, Shanghai Xinhua Law Firm and other enterprises, and representatives from micro, small and medium-sized enterprises had a discussion about enterprise financing, HR, policy acquisition and interpretation, and other problems that concerned small and medium-sized enterprises. Jia Bo said: “at present, there are more than 40 million micro, small and medium-sized enterprises across the country. They create 90% employment and 70% tax revenue. To serve the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the parks better, DOBE’s industrial parks cooperate with Feimalv, Fund-Zone, Workface and other startup service organizations, hoping to provide micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with practical help and services.”
“Walk into Industrial Parks, and Serve Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” Series Activity will set special service stations in 20 industrial parks, including DOBE parks. Entrepreneurs will be able to enjoy “one-to-one” private coach service and solve their actual problems practically.
