Sheng Yuechun, secretary of party district committee of Jianggan District, Hangzhou, and his party including Xu Deqing, members of the standing committee of the district committee and minister of propaganda and Zhu Ji, vice minister of propaganda of district committee and director of Civilization Office have been visiting Dobe E-Manor of Dongxi on October 13th with relevant persons in charge from District Committee Office, District Office of Cultural Innovation, Sijiqing Street and Pengbu Street as their companion.

Secretary Mr. Sheng has given full recognition to the environment, supporting facilities and operational modes of the circle and also extended his warm welcome to Dobe Group's entry into Hangzhou. Meanwhile, he has also listed the circle as one of the designated visiting and exchanging spot for cultural and technological innovation enterprises in Jianggan District. In order to further the development of cultural and technological innovation industries in Jianggan District, Secretary Mr. Sheng has pointed out that we should make full use of the advantage of convenient transportation in Hangzhou East Railway Station and Hongqiao Railway Station so as to enhance cultural exchanges between the talents from Hongqiao and Jianggan Areas. We should promote the development of cultural and technological innovation industries in Jianggan District in order to further the development of commercial exchanges between Jianggan District and Hongqiao Commercial District of Shanghai. We should also fully seize the opportunity of the 13th five-year plan and enhance the development of cultural and technological innovation industries together with government policies of reconstruction and refurbishment of old urban areas and old factory buildings centered on the economic belt of Jianggan Canal with the principle of guiding a whole area through one unit and an entire region through a whole area so as to create a new industrial belt of cultural and technological innovation through all accessible resources.
