Recently, the Shanghai Administration for Market Supervision issued a notice on the 2023 Shanghai Standardization Pilot Project Plan. According to the notice, a total of 72 standardization pilot projects were approved for the year of 2023 after the application, initial review and recommendation, and defense review procedures, including 19 in the service industry. The Pilot Project for Standardized Construction and Operation of Cultural and Creative Industrial Parks submitted by DoBe Group was among the list.

The think tank team staffed with experts and scholars in the research field of cultural and creative industrial parks, park operation experts, and heads of cultural and creative enterprises will systematically comb through documents related to the construction and operation of cultural and creative industry parks, formulate the General Rules for the Construction of Cultural and Creative Industry Parks and the Operation Service System for Cultural and Creative Industry Parks. Besides, the team will simultaneously summarize innovative achievements to help put into place a development, construction and operation service system of cultural and creative industry parks with Shanghai characteristics.
