On Jan. 25, Qiu Changbao, Deputy Head of Jinjiang District of Chengdu, Zeng Fanwen, Executive Dean of the Cultural Industries Institute of Renmin University of China, Yang Guangpu, Assistant Dean of the Cultural Industries Institute of Renmin University of China, and other leaders visited DoBe E-Manor of Changning. DoBe Group’s Board Chairman Jia Bo, DoBe Group’s Chief Art Officer and Cultural & Creative Industry Research Institute’s Head Su Rong accompanied the visitors throughout, introduced the park’s development history, business development model and DoBe operation model, hoping to support the optimization of the cultural/creative industry, and help Chengdu develop the cultural/creative industry.
During the visit, Su Rong introduced the building’s history and the park’s course of development to Mr. Zeng and other visitors in detail. The park formerly was Institute 809 of Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology. Through renovation, an inclusive creative environment has been created. DoBe makes the best of the buildings that stood idle to develop the cultural/creative industry. Domestic and overseas enterprises have been attracted to join hands with DoBe, support each other and drive the industry’s sound development together.
At the colloquium, DoBe Group’s Board Chairman Jia Bo introduced DoBe Group’s operation model and development plan: by building a global service platform, as an "embassy" for enterprises, DoBe paves the road for international cultural, creative, sci-tech, innovative enterprises that intend to enter the Chinese market, opens a green channel for China’s enterprises to go international. At present, DoBe Group is redesigning and upgrading a property of Sichuan Daily Press Group in Jinjiang District, turning it into the first cultural/creative park of DoBe brand in southwest China. Mr. Qiu said: “I hope DoBe can speed up the Chengdu project’s construction, clarify what kind of help and support the government needs to provide. After the project in Jinjiang district is completed, more projects can be developed to bring the brand effect of DoBe into play. The cultural/creative industry, commerce and finance are Jinjiang District’s top 3 brand industries. The cultural/creative industry is subdivided into press and media, creative design, film, TV and entertainment, original art trading. At present, Shanghai’s population control is becoming stricter and stricter. Chengdu’s existing talent support policy provides more development opportunities. I hope DoBe can expand its projects in Chengdu.”
Jia Bo said: “to cultural, creative, sci-tech, innovative enterprises, talents are very important.
