A grand opening for International Community Festival has been held in DOBE WE International Hub@BUND at 14:00 pm of July 1st.

Interpretation of Smart Circle
At the opening ceremony, Jia Bo, president of DOBE Group has offered a detailed interpretation of the concept of Smart Circle.
He said during the speech, "Smart circle, just as its name implies, features asset smart and volume smart. Asset smart and volume smart may become a shackle to its development during its early stage which will curb it in areas like credit and customer resources. During its long-term services for these smart companies, DOBE has witnessed their plight as well as realized the great value of a community constructed on the basis of smart companies."
Smart Circle has bound over 5,000 smart companies together in DOBE circle, which provides an opportunity and a platform of cooperation for these companies in their development through the construction of enterprise service systems, the introduction of various resources including law, finance and investments so as to help them promote mutually and develop together.
"Constructing a high-quality enterprise community to facilitate the integration and communication between enterprises, between the enterprise and its staff and between individuals has always been the development goal of DOBE Group. This is how the concept of Smart Circle came into being."
DOBE has facilitated many enterprises inside the circle to be familiar with each other and even to start cooperation since 2011.
For example, the cooperation between two neighboring enterprises inside the DOBE Creative Circle of Xuhui District, Shanghai Linqu Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Whereayi.com is a model for inter-enterprise partnership with DOBE as the medium. Though both are O2O platforms, the former specializes in individualized services like takeaway, fruit, delivery under the consignment of the client, free shopping, walking the dog, special care, etc. for urban white-collar workers while the later is a client platform which provides domestic services like looking for and making appointment with a house keeper paid by the hour as well as professional housekeeping training and real-time tracing system from the GPS service terminal. Though providing different kinds of services, both parties have quite a lot in common, like emphasis on user's experience and reference from APP mode of Uber which has laid the foundation for their cooperation. Linqu and Where Ayi.com have carried out various forms of creative cooperation, including joint distribution of leaflets, exchange business information with each other and all sorts of business cooperation.
These two companies, Linqu and Where Ayi.com joined community activities together which led to later cooperation on the base of close geographic location, all of which are benefited from this smart circle constructed by DOBE.
DOBE has also integrated multiple supports from the government, providers of cultural innovative industries, investors and entrepreneurs to construct an effective platform, i.e. a Smart Circle featuring wider fields of cooperation, more comprehensive contents for development and improving functions for advancement through organizing activities with different themes like “the first exchange meeting of innovation and investment circle in Shanghai and Hangzhou”, “DOBE Investment and Financing Conferences”, etc.
