On Jan. 5, a party of 10 leaders, including Gu Honghui, Party Committee Deputy Secretary and Acting District Chief of Changning District of Shanghai, visited DOBE E-manor of Changning to have an in-depth investigation into the current situation of Changning District’s cultural & creative industry parks, as well as the development demands of cultural, creative, sci-tech and innovation-oriented enterprises in the parks.
Mr. Gu and his party visited Founder Town in the park. Founder Town’s founder and Chief Dream Officer Wan Lijiang introduced its features and operation model. He said Founder Town would set 100 service stations in Shanghai to let entrepreneurs enjoy Founder Town’s services and support anytime and anywhere, create entrepreneur community clusters, provide entrepreneurs with a series of services via its network of hundreds of community centers distributed all over China and abroad, and become a benchmark for entrepreneur communities in Shanghai and even the whole China.
DOBE Group’s Board Chairman Jia Bo introduced to Mr. Gu and his party: “DOBE not only provides enterprises with a good environment for creation. In order to serve enterprises in DOBE parks better, DOBE has developed ‘7 value-added services’. DOBE customizes services covering the entire course of development for cultural, creative, sci-tech and innovation-oriented enterprises in its parks and carries out industrial exchanges regularly. A group of outstanding cultural, creative, sci-tech and innovation-oriented enterprises have sprung up in DOBE parks.” Mr. Gu commended the park’s thick entrepreneurial atmosphere: “market development has its own rules. It’s good that enterprises offer entrepreneurial services spontaneously. We must establish standards, perfect the system and standardize our management, to provide powerful support and guarantees for market development; we must pay attention to enterprises’ needs in real time, start from their actual demands, to provide help with more specific objectives.”
