On Oct. 29, China Pavilion Culture and Art Exchange Program for Expo Milano 2015——“Ink for Milan” Expo Art Exhibition’s Chief Planner Zhao Meng, representative of specially invited exhibitor artists Dong Zhilin and others visited Shanghai & Florence-Sino Italian Design Exchange Center (Florence Base) for a tour of exchanges.
“Inheritance & Evolution –Ink for Milan” of China Pavilion for Expo Milano 2015 was an important part of “Ink for Milan” Expo Art Exhibition. It displayed the beauty of traditional Chinese painting and the spiritual connotation of modern ink painting. Both Chinese and foreign artists took part in the Expo Art Exhibition. This time, the “Ink for Milan” Expo Art Delegation visited Sino Italian Design Exchange Center. They shared the historical outline of Chinese ink art inheritance and evolution, and the rich social context changes with the Design Exchange Center’s Representative Ms. Silvia Vannacci, and had in-depth discussion on how to promote the exchange and understanding of culture and art between China and foreign countries.
It’s learned that the Ink Art Delegation paid this visit to have an early investigation for the personal exhibitions of Expo artists in March next year, in the hope that they would establish a friendly partnership with Sino Italian Design Exchange Center in the future, to as to fuse Chinese culture and Italian culture better through the diversified cultural communication bridge.
