On Sept. 6, Sanquan Fresh Food Vending Machines appeared in DOBE E-manor of Changning, which marked the inception of another intelligent innovative service program in DOBE Parks. This is the second intelligent innovative service program that DOBE E-manor of Changning has launched. Before this, the park launched a “waterless car wash” service.
According to a survey, the park’s white-collar workers mainly had 3 dining patterns: white-collar cafeteria, packed lunch and takeout. After the introduction of Sanquan Fresh Food Vending Machines in the park, the white-collar workers now have a 4th choice——they can order food through an APP and directly take the food from a vending machine. As long as one has downloaded the Sanquan Fresh Food APP, one can order food, get a verification code, and fetch a packed meal from a vending machine easily with the verification code. There are different dish options every day. Every meal guarantees freshness, nutrition and health. Compared with the dining patterns before, this way not only saves white-collar workers’ cooking time and queuing time, but also guarantees food safety and sanitation. It has formed a new “APP+ Funbox Intelligent Terminal+ Central Kitchen” pattern and become one of the best dining choices for white-collar workers.
The waterless car wash program means a way of washing cars by adding water tax to water. It removed the flushing step. Compared with traditional ways of washing cars, this way can save 90% water. Clients only need to stop their cars in the waterless car wash area next to the Tree of Life of Building C in the park. When they come off work, they can drive their spick-and-span cars back home. This environment-friendly time-saving way of washing cars has been loved and praised by the park’s clients since it was introduced.
In the process of carrying out these intelligent innovative service programs, the park’s existing Client Service Department, Engineering Department, Security Department and Cleaning Department’s staff formed special teams to give full play to their initiative, learn clients’ needs in depth, investigate existing intelligent management methods in the market, introduce service programs and conduct independent R&D according to the park’s actual situation. Every service program was launched based on the teams’ painstaking efforts. In addition, the teams take turns to keep the equipment in good repair in their spare time, to guarantee the services are provided orderly and efficiently.

In addition, as pilot programs, outstanding service programs in DOBE E-manor of Changning will be introduced into other DOBE parks.
