On August 8, the signing ceremony for Jiangsu Dasheng Cultural & Creative Streets was officially held at DOBE. Pugongying Conference Centre, presented by Wang Yaxiong (Deputy Minister of Department of Organization of Nantong Municipal Party Committee & Director of Talent Affairs Office), Wang Yiming (Deputy Minister of Department of Publicity of Nantong Municipal Party Committee and Director of Leading Group Office for Municipal Cultural System Reform and Cultural Industry Development), Li Guishun (Director and Secretary Party Leadership Group of Nantong Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission), Wang Jinping (Director of Leading Group Office for Municipal Cultural System Reform and Cultural Industry Development under Department of Publicity of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee) and Wang Rihua (Deputy Director and Secretary General of Shanghai Industrial Design Association).
At the session, Cai Yi (President of Nantong Chongchuan State-Owned Assets Operation Co., Ltd.), Ma Xiaohui (Deputy President of Jiangsu Dasheng Group) as well as Su Rong (Chief Art Director of Shanghai DOBE Group) officially signed the Agreement of Cooperation and Investment of Jiangsu Dasheng Cultural & Creative Streets.
Jiangsu Dasheng Cultural & Creative Streets are jointly created by DOBE Group and Chongchuan State-Owned Assets Operation Co., Ltd. at the main urban area in Nantong, Jiangsu. It used to be the textile factory under Dasheng Group, which is located at No. 8, Tongqi Road, Chongchuan District, Nantong City. It is next to South Gongnong Road connecting south and north of Chongchuan. The creative plan will make it the only global design and creative center and e-business creativity base in Nantong. It will cover an area of 100 mu and building area of 42000 ㎡. It will be the largest cultural & creative industry streets in Nantong, which will lead the development of local cultural & creative industry by virtue of strengths of culture, creativity, science and capital.
Meanwhile, Nantong Talent Affairs Office officially signed the strategic cooperation agreement for talents with WorkFace who is the strategic partner of DOBE Group. As a famous Chinese association for entrepreneurs, WorkFace will provide the entrepreneurs with relevant trainings to offer creative talents for Jiangsu Dasheng Cultural & Creative Streets and Nantong and serve as the bridge and link for cultural & creative enterprises’ access into Nantong.
It's reported that mplife.com, Shanyintang Culture and other scores of enterprises have the intention to set up their offices in Jiangsu Dasheng Cultural & Creative Streets. DOBE will access into Nantong and Yangtze River Delta by working with cultural and creative powers in Shanghai.
