Changning District recently held the award-granting conference of harmonious labor relations to praise units with harmonious labor relations in Changning District. Xie Dong, Deputy Governor of Changning District attended the conference and granted the award to winning units. Dobe and its subsidiary won this award.
Xie Dong proposed higher requirements on winning units: the first is that they shall deepen the understanding and keep enriching the connotation of the activity to pay more attention to the interest of the female employee, paid vacation, overtime work management, enterprise welfare and dispute settlement while guaranteeing fundamental interests of the employee; the second is that they shall keep normalizing the behavior in the activity, strictly obey laws and rules, normalize the labor management, further improve the democratic management procedure of the enterprise and normalize the collective coordination procedure to guarantee the legal and valid labor management of the enterprise; the third is that they shall improve the mechanism and keep elevating the achievement of the activity to start from guaranteeing the employee to share the development progress of the enterprise and focus on the improvement of the collective coordination mechanism to establish the complete interest coordination mechanism, claim expression mechanism, conflict mediation mechanism and interest guarantee mechanism to promote the harmonious labor relations of the enterprise.
