DOBE E-Manor Awarded as the Second Group of Cultural Industrial Park by Shanghai Municipal People’s Government

This morning, the License Granting Ceremony of the second group of Shanghai Cultural Industrial Park was held at the Shanghai Library. At the Ceremony, leaders of Propaganda Department of Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Commission of Economy and Casermatization, Municipal Administration of Culture Radio Film & TV, Municipal Bureau of Press and Publication and other relevant departments granted licenses to the second group of 37 municipal-level cultural industrial parks. Vice president of DOBE, Wan Lijiang accepted the license granting on behalf of the company. Yang Zhenwu, member of Standing Committee of Municipal Party Committee and minister of Propaganda Department, Shao Zhiqing, deputy director of Municipal Commission of Economy and Casermatization and other leaders attended the ceremony and gave speeches.
At the ceremony, as the representative of the second group of parks of license granting, DOBE E-Manor gave a speech with the subject of "Strengthening the branding chain management, and cultivating the development of cultural and creative industry". The chain management and brand output services of DOBE have been affirmed by Minister Yang. Minister Yang has put forward the important task of "Promoting cultural industries to become a pillar industry" proposed by the Party's Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee. In such an important development node, Shanghai cultural industrial parks also stand at a new starting point. Apart from having nice conditions and hardware environment of a “carrier”, Shanghai cultural industrial parks should foster and develop a good "soul", which is the incubation and gathering of cultural enterprises inside the parks, the cultivation of special categories of cultural industry, the creation of creative atmosphere of cultural innovation and creativity, constant enrichment of the content and type of cultural products and services, and the promotion of the management service concept and energy level of the parks.&l
